Group Training 5 Class Pass – $100

With two months to use your 5 class pass, this option is a great way to see how much you enjoy training in a group with The Fitness Monk – believe us, you will enjoy it!! Book in to any of the 6 weekly classes, grab your water bottle & towel, and we’ll see you at the park!

Group Training 10 Class Pass – $180

A great value option, your 10 class pass not only saves you a little per class, but it also comes with the added bonus of a free focus session, normally $50. That’s $250 of included value!! And with three months to use up your pass, you’ll be injecting an energy boost into your routine that’ll leave you feeling terrific!

Group Training 20 Class Pass – $320

So what if we said you could come along to twenty group classes, have a flexibility session to loosen up your muscles, a focus session to sharpen your mind, all for $320? I think you’d say, “Wow! That sounds like great value!!” And it is! $550 worth of included value, to be exact! We’ve even stuck a 6 month expiry date on this pass, although our classes are so much fun we don’t think you will need to worry about that.

Flexibility Sessions – $50

The Fitness Monk can help you to improve your flexibility through dedicated (jargon alert) Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation – or PNF stretching. It’s the Personal Trainers version of a massage, only better!! Book in for a one hour session today – even if you’re just stiff and sore from sitting at your desk all day. Your body will thank you.

Focus Sessions – $50

There is no doubt that having clear goals in life helps you get where you want to go faster. Whether it is general fat loss, strength, fitness or you have an event that you want to prepare yourself for, regular focus sessions will guide you through the process of planning your attack, and ensure that you stay on track.
