Forget the gym – get down to the park!
All The Fitness Monk’s guided training sessions are run in the beautiful surroundings of South Surrey Park, in a secluded pocket of Surrey Hills, Melbourne. The workout space is private, surrounded by trees & bushland making it the perfect setting for both our personal training and our group training sessions. Nothing beats doing an invigorating workout to the sound of kookaburras and rainbow lorikeets!
There are plenty of shady trees for those sunny days, and the trees also make good anchor points for some of the great equipment used during workouts! You can get warmed up kicking the soccer ball around the small open grass field, and do your step-ups on a boulder. Jump off the route 70 tram at stop #53, or there is plenty of on-street parking in the quiet side streets around the park.
