Recipe – Sonofa Bircher Muesli
This recipe is an adaptation of my dad’s famous Bircher muesli, passed down from his mother-in-law, which is demanded by friends and family every time there is a gathering at breakfast time. It was made by dad every morning for us when we were escaping the winter earlier this year on holidays in Port Douglas, and we enjoyed it so much that we brought the recipe home & have had it for breakfast almost every day since then!
