Kate and myself (and anyone else who wants to join our team!) are raising money during febfast for young Aussies that are victims of drug and alcohol abuse.
Please donate to help give these kids the support they need to build a happier and healthier life.

Charities aside, whether you officially sign up for febfast or just want to see if you can go the distance, abstaining from something that you know is unhealthy for you for
a month is a worthwhile endeavour from which you will enjoy many benefits – including having more energy, enjoying better sleep, losing some weight, saving some money or even just the satisfaction and knowledge that you said you were going to do something, you put your mind to it and then you did it – this is an attitude that will take you a long way in life. So if you are feeling like you want to have a crack at sobriety yourself then join our team! Aside from making a difference to other peoples lives, it will be a rewarding exercise for you on many more levels.
