The Fitness Monk’s services are guided training programs, meaning we intend on providing the support, guidance and expertise to lead you on your own path towards achieving your own goals. We don’t believe in quick-fix weightloss or ‘get-ripped-in-thirty-minutes’techniques – our main aim is to guide you through a lifestyle shift that demonstrates the benefits of being active and healthy, and helps you make long term, sustainable adjustments to your life that will improve both your physical and mental wellbeing.
Health & fitness is often associated with an improved physique, bigger muscles or a smaller waistline. All these things are positive outcomes of exercising more and improved nutrition, however at The Fitness Monk we believe that developing your health & fitness is much more than this. It is also going to have a positive impact on all aspects of your life, now and in the future, in your body and your mind. Developing strength is about having the courage to take charge of your body and mind, continually pushing through barriers and redefining what you are capable of. Developing the strength of 
your body will develop the strength of your mind.
Contentment is achieved when our lives are in balance, and can be recognised through personal satisfaction, improved wellbeing and ultimately, happiness.
