Meet Kendall
Co-Director and Trainer
Kendall’s sporting career began at age 7, when he became Wimmera Swimming Champion for his age group – igniting a passion for competitive sport that would lead to more swimming medals, rowing, hockey and later (and less competitively), kitesurfing and stand-up paddle-boarding.
While he has been an active person for most of his life, there were some things about his health and wellbeing that this year Kendall committed to changing. 12 months later he is 27kg lighter, and now enjoys intensive daily workouts, developing healthy recipe ideas and of course, guiding his clients on their own fitness journeys!
With little need for the competitive edge that he developed as a youngster, Kendall now cultivates a supportive and inspiring approach to fitness methods that is reflected in all aspects of his training sessions, whether they are one on one with a single client, working in small groups, or larger, more casual workouts.
