Meet Kate

With all the good intentions she could muster, it still took Kate ten years to really get serious about her health and wellbeing; there was just too much other stuff to do, and isn’t there always?! But after five years at university studying landscape architecture, a year backpacking through Europe, and then a few years working for a successful landscape design studio, life began to lull itself into a routine – and an injection of energy, commitment to a goal and a desire to finally make those changes she’d been putting off for so long was required.
With not so much as a single push up or one lap shuffling around the block to her name 6 months ago, these days Kate enjoys early morning workouts to kickstart her day before heading off to work. After hours she’s dedicated to her local yoga class, and on weekends enjoys a cruisy cycle or a lazy swim to wind down from the week.
You might meet Kate at a Fitness Monk exercise session once in a while, but otherwise she’s behind the scenes working hard to ensure that you’re training programs, exercise sessions, support networks and communication channels are all running smoothly and efficiently.
